The problem
The average working day jumps between a task app, a calendar, a note-taker and chat. Action points from meetings live in someone's notebook, if anywhere. Cloud note-takers help, but they put a bot in the meeting and send confidential discussions to outside servers, a real concern for Gulf businesses under data-protection rules.
