Who we are

ReBorn AI has offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Internet City, Building 7, 339) and Istanbul, Türkiye (Şişli, Torun Center No: 32). We are responsible for the personal data described here. Questions about it go to hello@reborn-ai.com.

What we collect

• When you send the contact form: your name, work email and message, plus the page you sent it from, the language of that page, and campaign tags in the link you followed, if any.
• When you browse: the pages you open, how long each stays on screen and how far you scroll, clicks on key buttons, the website or campaign that sent you, your device, browser and screen size, the site language, your browser's language and time zone, and the country, city and network (your internet provider, or your organisation if it has its own network) that your IP address belongs to. We look these up on our own server, using DB-IP's free database. We don't use cookies.
• If you accept the privacy banner: we also keep your IP address and the name your network gives it, and store an ID in your browser's local storage, so we can recognise your later visits, including those before you contact us. If you decline, we don't store your IP address or any ID, and pages are linked only within one visit.

Why we use it

We use your form details only to reply to you and arrange the call you asked for. We use visit details to see which pages help visitors, to improve the site, and to understand which organisations are interested in our work, so we can prepare for or follow up on a conversation. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for automated decisions about you.

Our legal basis is your request to be contacted, your consent for remembering your visits (which you can withdraw at any time under “Privacy settings” at the bottom of every page), and our legitimate interest in replying and running a useful website, as allowed under the UAE PDPL, the Saudi PDPL, Türkiye's KVKK and the EU GDPR.

Where it is kept and who sees it

Inquiries and visit details are stored in our own content system, on servers run by ReBorn or its hosting provider, and only the ReBorn team can read them. Places and networks are looked up on the same servers: no address is sent to an outside service. We use no third-party analytics or advertising tools on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. Visit details, including your IP address if you accepted, are kept for 13 months. The ID in your browser expires after 6 months, and your answer to the privacy banner after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@reborn-ai.com. We'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
